<p style="margin: 0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt;"><span style="font-family:宋体;color:rgb(51,51,51);letter-spacing:0.0000pt;font-weight:normal;text-transform:none;font-style:normal;font-size:12.0000pt;background:rgb(255,255,255);">其实我很难想明白，到底什么样的工作才是最值得去做的，最有利于实现自我人生价值的？暂且这个麻烦的问题可以暂时搁在一边。我这个人想法比较简单，或者说我情商低也无所谓，我就喜欢做一些自己力所能及的“杂事”，按道理来说，目前我所在公司的行政部就完全满足我的这个小小的要求。可在现实里，自己做的很多事情很缺乏一种实战能力，面对领导，不懂得去表达，甚至还会有些惧怕，在日常的处事方面，做的事情也不是很让人满意。</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt;"><span style="font-family:宋体;color:rgb(51,51,51);letter-spacing:0.0000pt;font-weight:normal;text-transform:none;font-style:normal;font-size:12.0000pt;background:rgb(255,255,255);">来公司的这段时间，也看到了很多像我当初一样的应聘者，每次需要在应聘者的简历上写一段评语，而我写得大同小异，都是些优点之类的话，一看就觉得有些违心了，可是真的不确定要怎么来个现身说法，所以领导说我“这是没经验的举动”。于是公司便积极地招揽人才来领导我们，之前来了个女的行政主管没干到两个周，就被辞退了。再后来来了个五十多岁的财务主管，奖章荣誉什么的一大堆，但<font face="Tahoma">QQ</font><font face="宋体">、微信之类的东西都不知道是怎么回事，于是上了一个周时间的班，说是家里人生病了请两天假，就再也没回来了。最后，找了一个电商运营的人，帮忙推送公司的微信公众号，来了两个周，推了两次微信，结果两次都弄错了，领导一冒火就将人给开除了。</font></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt;"><span style="font-family:宋体;color:rgb(51,51,51);letter-spacing:0.0000pt;font-weight:normal;text-transform:none;font-style:normal;font-size:12.0000pt;background:rgb(255,255,255);">虽然只是一个小公司，而且我也只是在干些杂事，但说实话还是有很多感触的。现在的我由于整张脸“无药可救”而郁郁寡欢，我只能试着每天都在努力说服自己要尽量放开一下心态，让自己的日子不至于变得那么的糟糕透顶。</span></p>
